When does my received payments get authorized?
Due to security reasons, payments will be authorized after two weeks from the upload time.

An ad got removed ahead of schedule, what can I do?
We recommend to get in touch with the influencer first to find a solution. If you don’t find a solution you can contact our customer support team.
An ad got uploaded wrong, what can I do?
If this happens because of wrong details given by you in the booking process there is no reason for a refund. We recommend to reach out to the influencer directly. If this happens because of influencer failure please get in touch with the adstock support.
